Management of the Journal is undertaken by the Journal Management Board which includes nominated representatives of the Australian College of Children and Young People's Nurses, the Australian College of Neonatal Nurses, Neonatal Nurses College of Aotearoa and members of the editorial team. Office bearers are elected on a yearly basis with a maximum of a three year term. The aim of the board is to facilitate the publication and on-going development of the journal.
