1. Editor-in-Chief
The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) in collaboration with the Associate Editors (AE) is responsible for the quality and content of the journal within the framework of policies and procedures established by the editorial committee. The editor manages the recruitment and database of peer reviewers, recruitment of papers and manuscripts, initial screening of manuscripts, assignment of manuscripts to the associate editors, final proof reading, sending the manuscripts for publication, arbitration of bibliographic issues after consultation with the Editorial Associate (EA) and final preparation for publication.
2. Associate Editors
The Associate Editors (AE) are responsible for managing the peer review process for each manuscript allotted to them, and collaborate with the editor to prepare manuscripts for publication. They are responsible for recruiting new reviewers and keeping track of the effectiveness of the review process. They will provide feedback to the EIC and the Journal Management Board (JMB) as appropriate. They may stand in for the editor at any time.
3. Editorial Associate
The Editorial Associate (EA) is a person with specific education and skills in all aspects of publication. His/her responsibilities include advising on issues such as copyright, referencing, bibliographic style, and other such factors as required.
4. Editorial Assistant
The Editorial Assistant will, at the end of the publication process, and before sending the final manuscript to the publishers for printing, check the manuscript in fine detail for typographical, punctuation and other errors. He/she will also help authors, as requested and if required, with formatting manuscripts, and with any other work that is requested by the EIC.
An Administrative Assistant may be employed as dictated by the needs of the EIC, AEs and JMB.
